It seems I always win in streaks. I can go months without a win and then win twice in a session and again the next day. I often try to manipulate the onset of my winning streak with my totems, ie.. my Beanie Baby Beaver named Richie, switching out my daubers, changing seats, or just changing bingo halls. I haven’t figured out the trigger just yet. I do know that the more I need the money… the less likely I’m going to get it. So I avoid spending more than I can afford. I will even… gasp… not go to bingo during a thrifty time.
Recently I decided to investigate some new daubers to sell on this website. I found a really cool one that stamps an image on the bingo paper rather than just the standard splat of ink. This one was a “Designer Dab” and it stamped a blue 8 ball. I’ll say that the image looked pretty cool, but the actual daubing of the paper was the best part. It has a spring action tip, and has nice even coverage. But the very best part! I won! Twice in one session! It is now my lucky dauber. Well at least until it isn’t.
